Return & Exchange Policy

We want every Glitz Box purchase to bring a sparkle of happiness.
However, if something isn’t perfect, our return and exchange policy ensures you a simple, transparent experience.

 


1. General Return Policy

 

  • We do not accept returns on jewellery for hygiene and safety reasons unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • To report an issue, email returns@glitzbox.in

2. Exchange Eligibility

You can request an exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags and certification cards intact.

  • The request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Note: Customized, engraved, or sale items are not eligible for return/exchange.

3. Exchange Process

  • Email us at returns@glitzbox.in with order ID and photos.

  • Once verified, we’ll share pickup instructions.

  • After quality inspection, your replacement will be shipped or refund processed within 5–7 working days.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method after successful inspection.

  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Damage During Transit

  • If your product is damaged in transit, please share unboxing images/videos with us within 24 hours of delivery.
