Return & Exchange Policy

We want every Glitz Box purchase to bring a sparkle of happiness.
However, if something isn’t perfect, our return and exchange policy ensures you a simple, transparent experience.
1. General Return Policy

We do not accept returns on jewellery for hygiene and safety reasons unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Exchange Eligibility
You can request an exchange if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags and certification cards intact.

The request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Note: Customized, engraved, or sale items are not eligible for return/exchange.
3. Exchange Process

Email us at returns@glitzbox.in with order ID and photos.

Once verified, we’ll share pickup instructions.

After quality inspection, your replacement will be shipped or refund processed within 5–7 working days.
4. Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method after successful inspection.

COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
5. Damage During Transit
-
If your product is damaged in transit, please share unboxing images/videos with us within 24 hours of delivery.
