This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery timelines, logistics partners, and order-handling procedures for a transparent experience.


1. Order Processing Time

 

 

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • ​Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • In case of any delay due to stock unavailability or quality check, we will reach out to you via email or phone.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • We offer free standard shipping across India for all prepaid orders.

  • Delivery timelines vary between 4–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

  • Orders are shipped through trusted partners such as Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and ShipRocket.

  • You will receive a tracking ID once your order is dispatched.

3. International Shipping

  • We ship to select international destinations.

  • Customs duties, taxes, or additional charges are not included in product prices and must be paid by the customer.

  • Delivery may take 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs process.

4. Packaging & Quality Check

  • Every piece undergoes a 3-level quality inspection before dispatch.

  • Products are packed in tamper-proof, elegant boxes ensuring safe delivery.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we will initiate a replacement or refund after verification.

  • Kindly report visible damages within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
